Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed two bottles of orange cleaning solution, two glass cleaner solutions, a container of Clorox wipes on an open shelf in the licensed bathroom accessible, in a preschool classroom under the handwashing sink tubes of toothpaste, and a container of Clorox wipes, and in a cabinet in the same classroom two sunscreens (all labeled keep out of reach out children) accessible and no locking mechanisms on the cabinets. (1)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed janitorial supplies (brooms and dust pans) assessable in 6 classrooms on the first floor. (5)
